Understanding Concepts

"Although it is impossible to achieve a completely objective, God’s-eye view of history, we can perhaps get closer to the truth by exploring the past from a variety of perspectives."

This concept quote really touches on the "Historiography" aspect of the Area of Knowledge, as it highlights what historiography is and that the best way to get a sense of what happened in the past is to use different perspectives on an event that had occured. Also, I feel that it references on the Guiding Question, "How can we define History?" in that by understanding this concept, we can allow ourselves to understand what happened in the past.
