Everyone one has responsibilities.  But scientists hold a greater responsibility both ethically and morally.  In a sense our world is dependent on science, especially when it comes to our health and own well beings.  Therefore, scientists have an ethical responsibility to make sure that what they tell people about health is true and beneficial to others.  By preforming different procedures and tests is a way that scientist can prove what they know to be true and therefore showing responsibility in their field of work.  Ethical responsibilities are not the only thing, scientists must have moral ones too.  For example, scientists such as doctors should never abuse their power/authority by prescribing medicine to patients when it is not needed.  Scientists have both the ethical and moral responsibility to protect and do what is best for the citizens.
